About this piece
A beautiful and vibrant late 19th century glazed stoneware art nouveau era 6-inch tile, ex. Michael Blood collection.
Using shades of blue, ochre, green and red, this decorative tile details a stylised pomegranate in the art nouveau manner.
It is just one of various tiles we are selling that were formerly part of the Michael Blood collection. Michael’s collection was vast and decorated the walls of his magnificent Edwardian home.
