A Napoleon III free-standing mahogany bijouterie cabinet, of rectangular form with bevelled glass within an ormolu frame cast with reeded and palmette borders, the top with a safety hinge mechanism, all above a disguised frieze drawer set on slender tapering square section legs. French, c1870.
